DIRECTIONS TO THE LODGE:

   I-5N to Hwy 14N to Ave K. Turn right, (east) on Ave K for approx 2-1/2 miles. After crossing RR track at Sierra Hwy, continue two blocks to Lodge on right. From Mojave: Take Hwy 14S to Ave K, turn east on Ave K, 2-1/2 mile to Lodge. From San Bernardino, take Hwy 15N to Hwy 138W. Travel on 138W to 50th Street East (Palmdale area). North on 50th St East to Ave K. Turn Left (West) for approx 4 miles to Lodge on left. From Bakersfield, take either Hwy 58E to Mojave, or continue on Hwy 5S over the grapevine to Hwy 138E. Travel approx 1 hour to Hwy 14S. Turn S to Ave K. Turn left (East) on K to Lodge.

   Enjoy our Antelope Valley, in the Upper Mojave Desert. Lots of things to see and do such as the Tropico Gold Mine, Exotic Feline Breeding Compound (large & small cats) located in nearby Rosamond, or visit the old 20 mule team Borax museum and deep borax pit (1 mile deep) in Boron. Enjoy a day playing GOLF? We have two 18 hole courses, Rancho Vista GC and Lake Elizabeth GC and two nine hole courses nearby. A Driving Range and Executive Par 3 Course next door.

   Time: 9:00 AM to Noon. Proudly cooked and served by the Rage of the Sage Elks Volunteers. You'll not be disappointed. Come in and meet some of our members, their ladies and friends. Chairman: Wayne Messer Jr.

Elk Volunteers Famous Fish Fry

    The Best Fish Fry in all of California. On the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month from 5:15 - 8:00PM. Fish & Fries with Coleslaw, Coffee, or Iced Tea & Dessert. Adults-$7.50; Childs Plate-$6.50. Extra Fish $2.00. Elks, Members, Families and Guests Welcome. Cocktails available. No Reservations, however, we've had numerous good turn-outs of 300, or more. So when ya'all come, be patient, have a cup of coffee, or whatever while you wait, unless ya'all get lucky, cause someone has to cook and serve you. "Our fish fry volunteers", They're human too. Enjoy, and visit with members, their ladies, and guests. Chairman - Keith Timmons.

Lounge & Bar

    The Rage of the Sage has the friendliest Lounge in all of CA, 2nd to none, with long bar and two large screen TV's. Say hello to Bob, Jim, or Chuck at the bar. Open from 11:30AM to ? daily. Lunch and Dinner served by "three roses" catering. served Tue thru Fri 11:30 to 2:00PM. Dinner served Tu, Wed & Thu 5-8PM and Fridays 5:00-9:00PM. Monday's only, Best Hot Dog/chips and soup, 12Noon to 2pm at the bar/lounge, served by "Jim, the Beer Man". Check our Calendar. Drop by for lunch or dinner and good general conversation, if you like. Be sure to sign our guest register at the door. (Sorry; No Smoking in the entire Lodge Building)

Back Bar and Game Room

    The Rage of the Sage Lodge is lots of fun. Enjoy a few games on either of our three pool tables. If not interested, salley on up to the back bar and watch two sports TV's. We also have a shuffle board and two dart boards for your added enjoyment. Card tables are in place and ready for a game of cribbage, gin, hearts, or whatever your pleasure.

Banquet Hall

    Require a large facility for private parties, weddings, receptions, or other occasions? Capacity up to 275 persons, plus room for a DJ, or small band on stage. Roaming Elks RV Park

    All Elks and their guests are welcome to use our "Rage of the Sage" Elks Park. Check out our web-site: www.elkslodge1625.org. You may contact us bycalling (661) 942-1625 or send an E-mail to: rageofthesage@antelecom.net and reserve a RV space. We have back-in spaces for 44 RV Rigs up to maximum size, including water, electricity and cable. And a free dump site. Donations of $17.00 per night accepted. Additional spaces on gravel for non-hook-ups $6/night. All located in the back 40 of the Lodge Bldg. Large graveled area with trees. We can accomodate up to 20 additional Self-contained RV's. If caravan of more than 3 RV's, please call Lodge in advance for availability & reservations. Upon arrival, please check in w/bar steward or office. After check-in, please sign our Guest Book located in our front foyer. Have Fun during your stay with us.
